Hidrex Hydraulic Powerpack sets
forth a much better performance in comparison with its competitive
compressors and electric breakers.
It’s very easy to carry the Hidrex Hydraulic Powerpack. The total
machine weight is 95 kg. The machine can be moved from one place to
another with holding the front handles easily like a handcart.
There are two oil coolers in Hidrex Hydraulic Powerpack. The oil
leakages in the hydraulic systems caused by the damages of the
gaskets and sleeves which grown out from the overheated oil.
Additionally, various hydraulic driven products like breaker,
concrete cutter, drill, drilling core, water pump and soil driller
can be operated with a single unit.
There are two different
options on Hidrex Hydraulic Powerpack as 12 HP YANMAR (Japan) and
12HP Lombardini (Italian) diesel engine. It saves fuel with its high
engine torque/cycle performance.
The fuel consumption is high for 30-50 HP engines on the air compressor. The
reason for that, is the high horse powered engines on air compressors. The
High Horse-powered engine means to gain 4-7 liter/minute air flow rate more
over then to gain 7-10 bars pressure. In other words the fuel will not be
used to gain work or air pressure, but to gain flow rate. The gained air
flow rate will flew out from the breaker gun.
On HIDREX Hydraulic Powerpack the FUEL will be used to gain 150 bars
hydraulic oil pressure on the pump excitation. Some parts of the gained
power makes the BREAKING work on hydraulic breaker, and the rest turns back
to the hydraulic tank. This loop continues not during the engine runs, but
during the breaker runs.
